Shagufta Farooq Sadeya is a versatile professional with a dynamic background spanning educational leadership, business support, and public relations. She currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the Global Center of Excellence (GCE), LLC, where she plays a pivotal role in facilitating the implementation of US-based certification and professional development programs in Bangladesh through Quazi Consultants.

 

In her current role, Sadeya manages the operational delivery of international training and certification standards within the Bangladeshi corporate and professional landscape. She also acts as a key liaison between the US-based GCE and local implementation partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, coordination, and program execution.

 

Her professional journey reflects a strong combination of management, communication, and instructional expertise. Prior to her current role, she served as Deputy Manager (Business Support) at Concord Group of Companies, where she contributed to organizational efficiency and operational support systems.

 

She also worked as a PR Executive at Beauty Life Studio, managing brand image, client communication, and public relations activities. Her experience in the education sector includes significant leadership and teaching roles such as Lead Teacher at European Standard School and Elementary Teacher at Sweden International School.

 

Earlier in her career, Sadeya gained foundational corporate experience as a Brand Development Executive (Intern) at British American Tobacco Bangladesh, where she developed insights into branding, communication, and corporate operations.

 

When it comes to her educational background, Sadeya completed her L.L.B (Hon's) from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon-Tyne, UK. She completed her S.S.C. from Viqarunnisa Noon School, Dhaka.
