The program is meticulously structured to empower professionals by honing their interpersonal and professional skills through an innovative hybrid learning model.

Program Duration and Other Specifics:

▣ 100 hours in six months from July 06 to Dec. 28, 2024
▣ Each class for 1.5 hours on Saturdays and Tuesdays
▣ Orientation is planned on July 06, 2024
▣Graduation ceremony is expected in December 2024

Faculty Profile:

Highly qualified national and international resource persons from countries such as Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, India, Malaysia, the UK, and the US will serve as faculty members of this innovative, world-class program.

Program Delivery:

This unique program has three aspects: Primarily, the program will be delivered as Virtual Instructor-Led Training(VITL) via Zoom. Secondly, there will be 6 in-person sessions at the Gulshan, Dhaka office of Quazi Consultants while the same sessions can be attended simultaneously by participants through the Zoom platform. Thirdly, participants will also do self-learning via online access to quality course materials.

Curriculum Information:

This PGDSSD is based on the Global Soft Skills Framework developed at Global Center of Excellence, LLC based in New York, USA. Twenty modules have been placed under four broad themes: Foundation, leading self, leading others, and Capstone.

Enrollment Prerequisites:

1. Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
2. Skills Evaluation: Mandatory submission of a pre-course evaluation form

Assessment and Recognition:

1. Reflective Module Assignments: 30%
2. Post-Session Assessments: 30%
3. Oral Assessments: 20%
4. Active Participation: 10%
5. Attendance: 10% (80% attendance is compulsory)
6. Capstone Project: 20%

Fee Structure:

▣ BDT 60,000 for Bangladeshi nationals (USD 600 for foreign nationals) including 15% VAT.
▣ If paid upfront: BDT 50,000.00
▣ For BOLD Members: 10% Discount
▣ Can be paid in maximum 6 installments (@ BDT 10,000)
▣ Partial scholarship available in very special cases
