Celebrating Trainers Who Inspire, Transform, and Lead

As part of The Trainers Fest 2026, the Alumni Excellence Awards will recognize outstanding graduates of the IFC Training of Trainers (TOT) program who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievement, credibility, and contribution to the training and facilitation profession. The awards ceremony is scheduled as a featured segment of the evening program.

Purpose of the Awards

The Alumni Excellence Awards aim to:

  • Celebrate the remarkable journeys of IFC TOT graduates

  • Recognize trainers who have built strong professional reputations and client trust

  • Inspire emerging trainers through visible role models

  • Promote professionalism, ethics, and excellence in the training industry

  • Strengthen the growing alumni ecosystem of trainers and facilitators

Award Categories

A total of 5 Alumni Excellence Awards will be presented annually:

  • 3 Male Trainers

  • 2 Female Trainers

The selection ratio reflects proportional representation based on the number of successful graduates from the IFC TOT program.

The most significant consideration in the selection process will be the trainer’s standing within the professional community, including:

  • Reputation among clients and peers

  • Visibility in the learning and development industry

  • Leadership presence and thought leadership

  • Professional consistency and integrity

2. Client Portfolio & Training Engagements

Assessment may include:

  • Diversity and quality of organizations served

  • National and international assignments

  • Repeat clients and long-term engagements

  • Corporate, development-sector, or institutional impact

3. Contribution to the Alumni Community

Recognition may be given for:

  • Mentoring fellow trainers

  • Supporting alumni initiatives

  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration

  • Participation in community-building efforts

4. Innovation & Learning Impact

Consideration may include:
