Quazi M. Ahmed, Founder & CEO of Global Center of Excellence, LLC, had the honor of facilitating the prestigious International Leadership Program (ILP) for PUMA Asia Pacific, held at the luxurious Hotel Hilton in Bangkok.

 

The first two days of this dynamic three-day event have been truly impactful—featuring high-energy sessions, deep reflection, and powerful peer learning. One of the highlights was a leadership simulation exercise, where participants from 11 different countries and regions assumed top, mid, and front-line management roles to solve real-life leadership challenges in a collaborative setting.

Another memorable moment was the 360-degree feedback session, where the leadership strengths and growth areas of 20 outstanding participants were explored and celebrated.

 

The ILP experience doesn’t end here. To ensure lasting impact, each participant will embark on an Action Learning Project over the next six months—a powerful, real-world initiative to track their leadership development and institutional contribution.
